leaving tabernash
I just loaded up everything I had in the big Buick and moved into Denver. We left Tabernash about 4 o’clock, got to Floyd Hill and had a flat tire. It was getting dark; we were by a Motel, so I left Guss and Bobby in the car to watch our things, and also keep an eye on our dog Turpy and a big white cat that we had. I took Dorothy and Eva to the motel to sleep. I guess Guss and Bobby had a bad time with the cat, any way when we got back to the car the next morning the cat was gone. The owner of the motel fixed our tire and we went on into Denver.

Another time Dorothy lost her eyelashes and eyebrow, and she had a bold spot on her head. She wore false eyelashes and eyebrow. I breaded her hair and wrapped it around the bold spot on her head. She was lacking something in her systems. After we moved to Denver and we change to different types of food, her hair grow back.
